There are other golf sites on the net that have golf history sections. On their sites, if you are like us, you get about half way through the fist paragraph of 192 pages and your eyes start to glaze over. You get the same feeling in the pit of your stomach as you when you are on the 18th tee and there is a 107 year old man who is lining up for his 12th shot and still hasn't cleared the ladies tee.
